Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Join Tech Inc. warrants "Join Tech" products, sold by Join Tech Inc. for use in North America, to be free of defect in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. No warranty of any kind against incompatibility with the customer's system configuration is provided by Join Tech Inc. The Customer Service Dept. of Join Tech Inc. can only setup RMA services for the original end user (the original buyer) to send the product back for repair or replacement if the product is still under Warranty. If the product is purchased in North America and be brought to other regions outside North America, the customer must provide a valid mailing address in the U.S. for warranty repair/replacement. We do not mail RMA returns to addresses outside North America (namely U.S. and Canada only).
